"house plans" keyword in Germany

Hello,

First of all, I am sorry that I am writing in english.

I have following problem.
I am looking for "house plans" keyword in deutsch language. I have tried "hausprojekte" but I see in google only 20.000 results. In adwords keyword tool I see only 1000 operations a month (30 a day

). So I suppose "hausprojekte" keyword isn't currect. Could you tell me which keyword is more popular than "hausprojekte" in your language?

If you mean a construction plan, that means "Bauplan" in german.

Das nennt man ganz allgemein Bauzeichnung.

Da gibt es den Grundriss, Aufriss und Detailzeichnungen.

Die meisten suchen wohl nach "Grundriss"

I've never heard that a german had buyed only a house plan... they buy directly a complete house ("Fertighaus") or plan there house with an architect... in germany there are many rules and regulations for building a house... sometimes there are regulations for the color of the walls and roof, which kind of fence are allowed and so on... allways an architect must supervising the building of a house...
