Direkt 404 anstatt 301 mit mod rewrite

Kann mir jemand helfen und sagen wie ich gelöschte (Spam) Unterseiten direkt als 404 ausgeben kann. Bzw. warum das nicht automatisch bei mir passiert?

Bei mir werden diese Seiten als 301 via Abruf wie Google ausgegeben und wieder auf die selbe Url umgeleitet.

Im Frontend auf der Website steht beim anklicken schon 404 not found aber bei Abruf wie durch Google eben 301.

Und deshlab sind gelöschte (Spam) Unterseiten auch noch im Google Index.
